Leadership

Mike and Talitha have served as pastors of Church 180 for now 14 years with over 30 years of active ministry experience. Pastor Mike is a Certified John Maxwell Trainer and Coach and also attended Shawnee State University where he studied Business. Talitha is a wealth of knowledge, overseeing all student ministries, most of our outreaches and is a master at organizing/planning events. Together, they have 3 sons, Austin, Connor and Nathan, along with 3 grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with their family and serving the local church. They lead with truth,  passion and love in all that they do. 

Janice serves as our associate pastor whom has been with us since launching in 2012. She is a profound Bible teacher with an extreme wealth of knowledge. Janice is also the creator of our Wayfarer and the Word Bible School and oversees our world missions outreaches. Janice carries a spirit of excellence in all areas of ministry.

Daniel and Felicia have been at Church 180 since 2019 and serve as our youth leaders, specifically our 7th through 12th grade age groups. They work together to provide resources for our now generation. Great young men and women of God are being drastically transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Daniel and Felicia have a huge heart for young people and their spiritual growth.

Laura has been at Church 180 since 2022. Laura oversees our curriculum and the development of our children's classroom environments, Specifically our Pre-k through 6th grade age groups. Laura is also a teacher outside of Church 180. She exemplifies Christ in every area of Children's Ministry.

Jeff and Nina have been at Church 180 since 2021. They assist Pastor Mike in pastoral care items like counseling, home visits, hospital visitation, prayer and simply caring for the people of God. Jeff and Nina serve with a compassion for the lost and the heart of Christ.
